And he'll sometimes discourage players who want to play from playing, and he'd say, no, not this week because he thinks that they're too injured and it won't be good for them even though it might be really useful for the team. I think he's just a really, really caring person. And I guess this is beginning now to sound like a Rex Ryan panegyric, but for a writer, you wouldn't want - he's no saint. He has many complications and flaws, and he'd also be the first to tell you that.
